I need to admit something. We are 2? weeks into this and I suck. I have had candy and pasta and pizza and every junk food imaginable for dinner and I have had maybe 3 healthy meals this whole time. I'm disappointed in myself. I'm not sure where my motivation is hiding but I need to figure out where to get my mojo back. I am starting to feel really disgusting knowing I'm not fueling my body properly.
However, I have been doing good at taking my itWorks supplements, which have made me feel A LOT better than I would be feeling without them. Because of these products, I have still managed to lose weight, however I know that to make them REALLY beneficial, I need to be eating healthy and working out.
So, for the 6th time in 2 weeks, I am REALLY going to start tomorrow. I just can't give up.
If anyone has ANY tips at all about how to find motivation, please share.
Also, I'd love to hear any good recipes people enjoy while eating healthy.
And, exercises you may find fun... if that's possible.
