Yeah, it's self depreciating and cynical. It's also funny... and true, so don't play the, "Oh my God, whatever!" card. I know I'm a chunk. I'm aware. And, I'm ready to change. This is my journey to better health.
I couldn't care less about what size I am... Really. I couldn't. (Okay, that's a lie, I care a little bit). Mostly, I care about my health. I know I'm not setting myself up for a good future and that needs to change. I want to make sure that I'm treating my body right. You only get one. You don't get a new one. Unless you're Heidi Montag Pratt. Then, you can get a new body in only one day and 10 nips and tucks. But, let's get real, you're probably not going to do that.
What are my goals:
1. Lose 50 pounds
2. Get toned
3. More energy
4. Better sleep schedule
5. Lose my double chin
6. I will think of more... probably when I've already posted this.
How I'm going to get there:
1. Get off my ass and workout
2. Completely change my diet
3. Use my It Works products
4. Not giving up
